June 17-19, 2011 the German Shepherd Dog Club of Calgary will be hosting the GSSCC Prairie Regional Championship, showcasing the German Shepherd Dog. The weekend will focus on the total dog in temperament, working ability and conformation.
Friday and Saturday will focus on the Regional Schutzhund Championship consisting of tracking, obedience and protection phases designed to test the temperament and working ability of the dogs.
Sunday will focus on the Regional Sieger Show and Breed Survey assessing the conformation and temperament of the dogs.
